Life Case Management Specialist
Our Life Case Management Specialist’s primary responsibility is to be advocates and care takers for our customers. We practice customer advocacy by being proactive, empathetic and showcasing extreme ownership of our customer’s concerns.
In addition to being a customer advocate a successful Case Management Specialist reviews individual life insurance applications from a contractual and administrative point of view to ensure applications are “in good order.” The end goal is issuing new life insurance. The case management specialist is the first and last line of review:
Processing new applications as submitted and providing constant customer service to field agencies.
Ensuring that supporting forms and requirements are complete with proper signatures and meet appropriate regulations.
Entering data and statistics into databases.
Provide superior customer service
Prioritize work and effectively multi-task
Process all basic and some intermediate transactions
Participate in cross-training
May participate in projects involving CM role
Corresponding with field partners in case of clarifications
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Applies basic production, operational, administrative skills in procedures, techniques and/or equipment
Follows written or verbal instructions or procedures
Can apply knowledge to handle routine problems but often seeks guidance with unfamiliar situations
Routinely performs work of limited scope and has authority to make decisions that instruction and procedures will allow
Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
