POSITION SUMMARY:

The Archer Support work-cell is a team of developers, designers and solution architects that supports governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) solutions built using the RSA Archer suite. These solutions include but are not limited to:

  • Application Risk

  • Audit Management

  • Enterprise Continuity Planning

  • Financial Reporting Risk

  • Supplier Information Risk Management

  • Policies and Standards

  • Supplier Management

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Operates independently on multiple project tasks

  • Independently and aggressively provides root cause analysis

  • Aggressively seek alternatives to legacy / custom solutions

  • Participate in Peer Reviews of designs and code

  • Support the development and maintenance of Archer platform

  • Work with various business partners for ongoing Archer support and work on new projects

  • Works with minimal initial guidance on more complex projects

  • Looks for and finds ways to continuously improve operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 1-5 years of working experience

  • Strong willingness to learn

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Experience in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance solutions

  • Strong Business Analysis skills

  • Strong Design skills

  • Development skills

  • Prior experience handling broad scope projects that have short to medium-term focus

  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them to technical requirements/solution design

  • Expertise in problem analysis and performance tuning

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively express complex technical concepts.

  • The ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Server environment

  • Experience or working knowledge of:

  • Transact SQL
