Responsible for leading a team focused on overseeing a significant virtualization environment footprint, maintain the enterprise image for Windows 10, oversee Casper Mac Management/app store environment. In addition this position will be responsible for standing up a first call resolution desk for office 365. This leader will have to establish a new strategy roadmap, expectations and service level agreements for all services provided. Accountable to provide service within newly established service level agreements, drive down inventory levels and clear any back log. This leader will need to look for ways to improve cost effectiveness and partner arrangements in improve throughput. This position will work closely with the onboarding and access management teams, along with the CIO groups to work through new technology deployment timing based on technology and business rollouts. Must have a continuous improvement and customer service mindset with the ability to use metrics, see trends and make necessary improvements to improve overall experience and contain costs. Teamwork across the organization is critical for success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten years of organizational leadership

  • Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills required

  • Ability to travel on occasion is required

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qaulifications

  • Job-related experience in IT Support or Engineering Services preferred

  • Deep technical knowledge in Mac and virtual desktop deployment and support desirable

  • Previous experience supporting technology to sales offices or financial services customers preferred
