MassMutual’s Strategic Wealth Partners is a startup remote, virtual advisory firm. Our team is comprised of trusted financial educators and architects that creatively guide clients through their financial journey. We listen, educate and collaborate to champion each client’s goals with integrity and passion. Using your expertise and relationship-building skills, you will lead clients through identifying opportunities, developing strategies and executing solutions that will lead to achieving their goals and aspirations.
What you’ll do
Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and educate them on opportunities
Develop deep and meaningful relationships with individuals and families
Discover and evaluate through thorough fact finding all the client needs, including wealth management, retirement planning, protection and college savings
Understand clients’ risk tolerance and align with appropriate solutions
Partner with the advisor team and specialists to build, implement and maintain client plans
Build custom solutions and plans, with the appropriate level of detail, that reflect clients’ financial needs, goals and aspirations
Help clients balance the acquisition of assets and liquidity needs to meet and maintain their lifestyles
Partner with specialists to create ongoing, personalized and comprehensive solutions that address strategies designed to help clients achieve their financial goals
Monitor client progress on the execution of their plan, communicate and adjust regularly, investigating ways to deepen client relationships
Advocate and contribute to the success, culture and reputation of the firm
Achieve goals consistent with the company's expectations such as customer satisfaction, sales results and servicing clients with a holistic approach
Facilitate virtual educational seminars
Generate leads from existing clients and convert leads into new clients by developing deep, trusted relationships
Implement a customer-centric approach, meeting on their terms and timelines
Provide strategic and personalized insight for your clients with support from a company that values high integrity
Assist in attracting new talent
Act as a consultant to the launch of MassMutual Strategic Wealth Partners
Contribute to the build-out of the firm’s processes and procedures
Author scripts for our series of client engagement interactions
Build workflows into the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) software
Provide feedback to streamline product delivery processes
Actively participate in team trainings / coaching sessions

FINRA Series 7 within 6 months of joining
College degree preferred; in lieu of degree, additional work experience
3-7 years’ experience
Experience with CRM, financial planning software (Money Guide Pro/eMoney preferred) and electronic order entry systems
Additional preferred skills
- Financial Industry designations (e.g. CFP, CLU, ChFC)
