Handles the suitability and completeness review for account maintenance transactions such as account retitling requests, margin setup/maintenance, option setup/maintenance, goal modifications for proprietary managed accounts, collateral account setup/maintenance, directly held third party money manager goal modifications, third party account changes requiring suitability review, and third party money movement transactions.
Back up as needed for new business to assist with the suitability acceptance of new accounts.
Back up as needed for Cashiering and TOA to assist with the suitability review of money movement transactions in the managed account space.
Monitors and takes action on work received through assigned queues.
Monitors tasks associated with goal modification for proprietary managed accounts.
Manage NIGO communications to field advisors and resolution of business not in good order.
Assists fellow internal and external partners with escalated issues and problem solving.
Remains current with industry trends and changes and shares knowledge with team members.
Reviews and quality checks the works of others in the unit.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Series 7 required. Series 24 required or obtained within 90 days
