POSITION SUMMARY – Participant Enroller Coordinator

Seeking energetic, goal-oriented individual who is dedicated to working with employees of our government clients at MassMutual. The Enroller will assist employees with the enrollment process and tools available to plan for a successful retirement. The Enroller will be responsible for answering basic employee questions regarding the how the retirement benefit works and features available (website, app). The Enroller will be responsible for covering multiple locations for the clients they are assigned to. The Enroller will provide back-up support to the Client Engagement Managers if capacity allows.


  • Coordinate group and 1x1 meetings for assigned clients

  • Present effectively to employees of government clients

  • Educate employees and assist with the enrollment process

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Schedule group and 1x1 meetings

  • Works with the service team to help client meet needs

  • Prepare materials for onsite meetings


  • College degree

  • 1-2 years of industry experience

  • Background in retirement plan industry

  • Customer service experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Self-starter and motivated individual

  • Critical thinking

  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Series 6 FINRA License within 6 months of employment

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future


  • Job requires individual to accommodate flexible work hours

  • Outgoing, people-oriented individual
